Clerical and Office Reception Functions
Answer phones and doors, greet and refer visitors, Bulletin, Mass cards, database, AAA tracking, weekly donations, mail, Parish website and calendar management, special projects as requested by the Pastor, update Parish Sacramental Records, and oversee and manage volunteers

IT competence and previous administrative assistant experience.
